Silence Inside Sound
Silence Inside Sound is a sound art piece comprised of audio recordings of the interior sounds of audio recording equipment. Silence Inside Sound was conceived as an audio accompaniment to another of my works entitled "Audioscapes", a series of photographs depicting audio circuits and components as cityscapes. The two projects together serve as my artistic representations of the visual and audible resemblances that I perceive between cityscapes, electronic circuit boards, and the modern industrial mechanical sounds that can be heard within them.
